Lead Times
Everything we offer is handcrafted and made fresh to order, so please allow up to five business days for us to prepare your order.
Payment
The prices on our Web site are in Canadian dollars. We process all payments for online orders through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order with your Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card using this free service. PayPal uses SSL (secure socket layer) encryption to protect your personal and payment information from being intercepted. Your payment information is not shared with us. We simply receive a confirmation that your payment has been processed.
Please remember that e-mail is not secure. We urge you not to send personal or credit card information by e-mail.
If you would like to pay by money order or certified cheque, please e-mail us at contact@cosmictree.ca for details. We will hold your order until your payment has reached us, and funds have cleared.
ShippingWithin Canada and the contiguous United States, we offer $10 flat-rate shipping and complimentary shipping on orders over $100. We generally ship via Canada Post.
For international customers, we will advise you by e-mail if we need to adjust your shipping fee before filling your order.
US and other international orders may incur additional charges for duty or border fees.
PrivacyWe will not sell or rent your personal information, or share it with other parties, under any circumstances.
Changes and CancellationsWe will do our best to accommodate changes and additions prior to shipping. Should you wish to change or cancel your order, please e-mail us at contact@cosmictree.ca. Please include your full name, order number, telephone number and e-mail address.
ReturnsFor reasons related to hygiene, returns are limited to unopened incorrect or damaged merchandise.
Your business is important to us. If, for any reason, you are not delighted with your purchase, please e-mail us at contact@cosmictree.ca within 30 days of purchase to let us know and include your full name and order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Damaged MerchandiseIn the unlikely event that the contents of your package are damaged, please hold on to the box and contents because we may need them for the insurance claim.
