Foundations

Our foundations offer lightweight, long-lasting, light diffusing coverage, in shades to harmonize with a wide range of diverse skin tones. Coming soon for spring, we will be adding Sea Buckthorn Berry extract to our loose mineral cosmetics. Watch for pressed foundations in mirrored compacts also.

We blend our foundations from pure, cosmetic grade minerals:
  • silk mica for a smooth, soft-focus finish,
  • titanium dioxide and zinc oxide for long lasting coverage and protection,
  • kaolin clay for oil absorption,
  • iron oxides for shades that are true to nature,
  • caprylic capric triglycerides for oil free emollience, and
  • elderberry extract, a potent superfruit, anti-microbial and rich in antioxidants.
 
All our colour cosmetics are free of nano-sized particles, talc, parabens and formaldehyde-releasing preservatives, bismuth oxychloride and dyes. 
 
Our loose mineral foundations are available in the following shades (shades may not be exactly as they appear on your monitor, we will be offering samples again soon). Watch for semi-matte liquid foundations, also coming soon (work on these formulations is coming along nicely).

Semi-matte Liquid Foundation
This oil-free liquid foundation, with refreshing organic aloe vera and calendula hydrosol, balances skin tone and hydrates without shine, for a diffuse, soft-focus, semi-matte finish.
