As we celebrate the holidays Dec. 24 - Jan. 2, 2018, our website will remain open for ordering, with orders placed after December 19 shipping in the new year. Trial Sizes and Samples
Our trial sizes and samples make it easy to try something new. They're a great way to find your favourite shades. While we do our best to depict our shades as accurately as possible, monitors and devices vary in the way they render colour, and shades often look different worn by one person than they do worn by another because of variations in skin tone. Returns are limited to unopened incorrect or damaged merchandise for reasons related to hygiene, so we encourage you to check out our trial sizes and samples before ordering full size products.
Everything we offer is artisan crafted fresh to order, so please allow up to five business days for us to prepare your order. For larger, wholesale orders, please allow 4-6 weeks.
The prices on our Web site are in Canadian dollars. We process all payments for online orders through Stripe. You do not need a Stripe account to pay for your order with your Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card using this free service. Stripe uses SSL (secure socket layer) encryption to protect your personal and payment information from being intercepted. Your payment information is not shared with us. We simply receive a confirmation that your payment has been processed.
Please remember that e-mail is not secure. We urge you not to send personal or credit card information by e-mail.
If you would like to pay by money order or certified cheque, please e-mail us at email@example.com for details. We will hold your order until your payment has reached us, and funds have cleared.
We ship internationally to destinations served by Canada Post.
Within Canada and the contiguous US: Once you fill in your address at check out, you'll see an updated shipping rate to the right for delivery by Canada Post (or, for US customers, USPS) with tracking and insurance.
For the rest of the world: The shipping rate you see at checkout will be an estimate only. When we receive your order, we'll email you quotations for delivery options with tracking and insurance.
For US and other international orders, please bear in mind that duties and taxes assessed by your government will be your responsibility.
We will not sell or rent your personal information, or share it with other parties, under any circumstances.
Changes and Cancellations
We will do our best to accommodate changes and additions prior to shipping. Should you wish to change or cancel your order, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your full name, order number, telephone number and e-mail address.
Returns are limited to unopened incorrect or damaged merchandise for reasons related to hygiene.
Please contact us at email@example.com within two weeks of receiving your order if anything is missing or damaged.

In the unlikely event that the contents of your package are damaged, please hold on to the box and contents because we may need them for the insurance claim.
